2020年12月26日(土)にTOYAMAてぃーちゃーずカレッジ第1回を開催しました。
第1回では、先輩教員に学ぶ「教師の仕事を知ろう」と称して、富山県内の学校現場で活躍されている先輩教員から座談会形式で教師の仕事の実体験や、やりがいなどについて説明がありました。参加者は終始真剣にメモを取りながら話を聴いている様子でした。
その後は参加者同士で情報交換会を行い、第1回の感想などを
共有することでたくさんの気付きが得られたとの感想が聞かれました。
また他の教員志望の方と交流を深めることで教員に対する意識が変わった方も多くおられ、参加者から満足いただくイベントとなりました
